Patrick Coughlin, the President of the Moore County Chamber of Commerce discusses the role of the Chamber in the lives of the citizens of Moore County; its future vision, our relationship to the Ft. Bragg relocation effort and the 2009 Annual Awards Dinner held at the Carolina Hotel on Jan. 28, 2010.

The show provides straight talk about the Moore County real estate scene and valuable information for people considering buying, selling or renovating their homes. Each week the show will feature uniquely qualified guests to speak on issues ranging from housing trends, asset protection, design trends, insurance, inspections, staging, selling and purchasing. Previous shows have included information about new lender regulations, appraising, new construction trends, sweeping changes in the mortgage industry, tips on hiring Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the community/school activities in and around Moore County for the many young families moving to our area.
