In his spare time, Bill has managed to work with the Moore County Chapter of the American Red Cross, served as a Community Services Chairperson for the Pinehurst Southern Pines Association of Realtors, produced a Benefit Concert for the victims of 911 with recording artist, Jane Olivor, and currently serves on the Board of Directors and Multiple Listing Service Committee for the Pinehurst Southern Pines Association of Realtors. I was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of MD, specifically Delmar, a town which is half in MD and half in DE. A sign marks the entry into town stating, “Delmar, the town too big for one state”. My elementary school was on the MD side, my high school on the DE side, therefore I went with my classmates to the University of DE upon graduation. Eun-Mi Passmore of Southern Pines joined Fore Properties this year. Eun-Mi graduated from the University of Central Texas and majored in Business Administration & Marketing. Her entire life has revolved around the military as her father served in the Army, and her husband Al is currently stationed at Ft. Bragg, where he expects to retire.
