Bill Sahadi

Bill Sahadi has been actively involved in the real estate brokerage business since 1999 in the Pinehurst and Southern Pines real estate area and is the owner/broker of Fore Properties Realty Inc., one of Moore County’s leading real estate companies. In that time, he has been involved in over 400 transactions, and is consistently in the top 1% of producers.

Bill earned his CRS designation last year and heads up the local Moore County CRS members group for networking lunches & workshops.

In his spare time, Bill has managed to work with the Moore County Chapter of the American Red Cross, served as a Community Services Chairperson for the Pinehurst Southern Pines Association of Realtors, produced a Benefit Concert for the victims of 911 with recording artist Jane Olivor, and currently serves on the Board of Directors and Multiple Listing Service Committee for the Pinehurst Southern Pines Association of Realtors.

Bill is originally from Tenafly, N.J. and graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, Pa. in 1975. “I feel so fortunate to work and live in this area and to be surrounded by so many good people. It’s a privilege to live here. The quality of life is quite special and quite unique. Moore County is a great place to raise a family, or spend a lifetime. I wish I had come here many years sooner.”
